Christopher McLane is a partner in the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Practice. He has over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Chris performs and leads financial due diligence projects, including quality of earnings, working capital and free cash flow analyses, gross profit analyses, flux analyses, forecasts, and price/volume analyses in connection with leveraged buyouts and acquisitions completed by private equity groups, and public and private companies. Chris has extensive expertise performing M&A integration of business acquisitions related to marketing, product integration, operations, finance, and accounting.

Chris also provides lender due diligence assistance to commercial banks by evaluating potential and existing accounts receivable and other asset types, including equipment leases, specialty finance, and auto loans securitizations, and delivering recommendations and improvements. He has extensive experience conducting liability analyses, rollforward analyses, month-end reconciliations, documentation of policies and procedures for invoicing, cash collections, cash application, write-offs, credit methodology, net receivable pool balance, and contra analyses.
