Experience

David Rosenbaum is a partner at Citrin Cooperman. He has more than 40 years of experience in the information technology field and is a third-generation entrepreneur.

David served as CEO, president, and chief technologist at RCS, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2015. He founded RCS in 1982 with the goal of bringing Fortune 500-level technical services to small and midsized firms, combined with an absolute commitment to the principles of professionalism, ethics, and trust.

Prior to forming RCS, David enjoyed a successful career on Wall Street managing and building front- and back-office cutting-edge technology systems for a variety of prestigious clients including Merrill Lynch, Chase Manhattan Bank, and First Wall Street Corporation.

David has consulted on business issues related to technology for a large variety of organizations including both privately held and publicly traded companies; his clients include professional service firms, maritime companies, software developers, manufacturers and distributors, franchisors and not-for-profit organizations. He has particular expertise advising both domestic and international companies with multiple operating offices or locations.
