Kamil K. Dmowski
Kamil Dmowski joined Murray Devine in 2006. His responsibilities include financial analysis and advisory services relating to financial opinions, portfolio valuations, collateralized debt obligation funds, and the valuation of business enterprises.
Since arriving at Murray Devine, Kamil has worked on engagements across numerous industries including business services, specialty manufacturing, retail services, oil and gas services, advertising, logistics, shipping, and financial services. He has led and participated in the financial analysis, research, and due diligence relating to enterprise valuations of closely held businesses for fairness and solvency opinions, portfolio valuations, and for accounting and other purposes including business combinations (ASC 805), impairment testing of intangible assets (ASC 350/360) and stock compensation (ASC 718).
Prior to arriving at Murray Devine, Kamil held several positions with Lockheed Martin Corporation where his responsibilities included international project management, planning, analyzing and presenting budgets, performance and cost information for the manufacture of radar systems.
Kamil received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Grinnell College, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Iowa. Kamil has completed all business valuation coursework with the American Society of Appraisers and will be eligible for the ASA accreditation upon completion of the necessary work experience.
