Neil K. Khettry, CFA
Neil Khettry joined Murray Devine in 2007 as an analyst and has over 10 years of experience in the valuation industry. He is a lead valuation professional managing valuation engagements as well as relationships with top fund and corporate clients. During his time at Murray Devine, he has worked on numerous engagements involving financial opinions, valuations of business enterprises, financial reporting for various FASB ASC Topics (350, 718, 805 and 820) as well as portfolio valuations for BDCs and private debt and equity funds.
Neil has extensive experience with the valuation of securities in complex capital structures, business enterprise valuations and intangible asset valuations. He has lectured to accounting and financial professionals on the topic of valuations performed in connection with equity based compensation and has a lead role in Murray Devine’s professional development activities. His valuation practice has spanned a broad range of industries including business services, building products, consumer products, healthcare, information and media, investments, logistics, manufacturing, technology and travel and leisure services.
Prior to arriving at Murray Devine, Neil was an Economic Research Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Temple University in 2007. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
