Robert A. Tribuiani

Rob leads business development for Murray Devine, & Co. He is responsible for developing, executing and managing sales strategies that generate revenue from new and existing client relationships. He draws upon over twenty years of proven, success in consultative sales, relationship management and business development in software and professional services having worked for private equity and venture capital backed emerging and growth stage companies.

Rob’s principal focus will be to assist a diverse client base that includes private equity and venture capital firms, debt and hedge funds, business development corporations, law and audit firms, banks and investment banks as well as companies from emerging to Fortune 500 resolve their business valuation needs and requirements. These services include but are not limited to:

  • Financial opinions such as fairness, solvency, capital adequacy and reasonably equivalent value,
  • Portfolio valuations that include financial reporting, periodic reporting to investment committees, lenders and limited partners, and the establishment of offering prices for structured products by investment banks,
  • Financial reporting pertaining to business combinations, fair value measurements and disclosures, stock compensation, tangible and intangible assets, fresh start accounting, real estate and equipment appraisals, and
  • Tax reporting to include purchase price allocations and Section 409(a).

Before joining Murray Devine, Rob worked as a senior business development executive for SolomonEdwards, a leading professional services firm headquartered in suburban Philadelphia, that provides strategy execution services to companies from emerging to large global organizations. His principal focus was to assist clients in the Firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice solve their critical business issues related to business transformation, accounting and finance, governance and regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. During his ten-year tenure at SolomonEdwards, Rob was consistently recognized as a top sales performer in achieving revenue targets.

Prior to SolomonEdwards, Rob worked in sales and business development roles for Penn Valley Group, Longview Solutions and VerticalNet. Penn Valley Group was a boutique consulting firm founded by the CEO of private equity firm, Safeguard Scientifics. Longview Solutions was a provider of corporate performance management software solutions and backed by Edison Ventures. VerticalNet was a leading provider of on-demand supply management solutions and host of business to business procurement portals and backed by Internet Capital Group, now known as Actua.

Rob is a graduate of Villanova University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He is also a graduate of the Malvern Preparatory School where he served as a Trustee and President of the Alumni Association. Rob is an active member of various civic and business organizations including the Association for Corporate Growth and has served on development committees for many of these organizations. Rob and his wife Jeannine live in Yardley, PA with their twin daughters.
